Please upload your lecture files by July 15, 2011. This will allow us adequate time to provide your lecture notes in our syllabus. In addition, it will ensure that a copy of your presentation will be available during the conference to allow for easy transition between speakers. Please bring an electronic copy of your presentation to the conference as well. All electronic copies of your presentation will be destroyed at the conclusion of the conference.

Guidelines:

• Financial disclosures must be placed on the second slide of your presentation
• Recommend presentations be created with Powerpoint 2003/2007/2010
• Recommend Windows Media format (WMV) for videos. There are many different codecs for video making it difficult to support all formats. Upload your videos as well as you presentation.
