PAOS 2012 CME registration - CLOSED

Thank you to everyone who has registered for the 2012 PAOS CME Conference! We are looking forward to a great conference in Hilton Head!
An unprecedented response to the conference this year required us to close registration this week. Despite planning for additional space this year, the venue space has been maximized by the 475 registered attendees.
